About the Symphony Talent Brand & Creative Studio

Role Overview:

The majority of your time (60%) will be spent working closely with one of our Client Marketing & Media Managers in the exciting day-to-day details of client work. This entails attending client-facing meetings, planning and delivering organic and paid campaigns, campaign management, creating presentations, content planning and more. As a strategist, about 10% of your time will be spent identifying, implementing and leading strategic initiatives for your clients. The remainder of your time will be spent creating and analyzing social media and email marketing reports. Symphony Talent is keen to support your development, so you will have plenty of time dedicated to learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and content marketing skills – through self-learning and mentorship within the team

Requirements

Skills required 

  • Experience working in a digital and/or social focused marketing agency.
  • Two to four years of experience working on content marketing projects, preferably in an agency setting. 
  • Experience working on social media strategy for businesses. Should be familiar with the main social media platforms in order to suggest campaign optimizations and propose new ideas for increasing engagement on a business's social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Social media copywriting
  • Experience with paid social, organic social and content planning across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Preparing social media reports 
  • Email marketing 
  • Comment and review moderation and management 
  • Able to prioritize work effectively to manage multiple projects, internal and external requests, and accounts to ensure on-time completion of all tasks.
  • Team player who can communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams and departments. Should have the confidence to provide constructive feedback when needed. For example, you’ll need to QA creative and request edits.
  • Attention to detail and personal touch to meet the varied expectations and preferences of multiple clients
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Loomly, Sprout, etc.) 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage your own tasks, deadlines, and multiple clients 
  • Committed to personal and professional growth and development
  • Very comfortable using the full suite of Microsoft Office tools, including spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Comfortable working with large, household name clients

Preferred Skills

  • Talent acquisition, branding, EVP, or similar experience highly preferred
  • Experience with design, creative work, and creative briefs highly preferred
  • Glassdoor and Indeed community and content management 
  • Healthcare marketing experience or experience working with health systems
  • Experience using Jira, Trello, Agency Analytics and Tempo 
  • Experience with fully remote work 
  • Email, blog, article, website and SMS copywriting 
  • Budget management with large budget clients 
  • Google Analytics (specific to social referral website metrics) 
  • Experience with landing page strategy and design 
  • SMS Marketing
