All about the role:

Sr Associate/Lead in India in our product engineering team acts as a partner to the business in and provides technical leadership in one or more of our product lines. This individual will play a key role in product design, integration architecture, implementation, quality and product releases. This person will report to the Tech Manager/Architect.

Your key tasks:

  • Develop and own the product development/design for a product line(s).
  • Involvement in driving overall Enterprise Integration Architecture
  • Provide a cohesive technology architecture and roadmap.
  • Drive product development lifecycle processes and communication plans.
  • Own key product quality, performance metrics, benchmarking and reporting
  • Help dive into all major and minor product releases for the product line(s).
  • Drive the product development plan and delivery against timelines.
  • Lead the product development tracks in India.
  • Drive arch & design for complex components
  • Lead a small team with 2-3 members

Desired Skills:

  • Hands on experience on various Core Java technologies
  • Must have worked in TDD model.
  • Knowledge of Architectural Designs
  • Hands on experience on building scalable websites.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS SQL, Elastic Search
  • Knowledge of Frontend – AngularJs / Angular / Javascript
  • Knowledge of AWS, Serverless stack

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role of a senior developer in technology and product development teams.
  • Experience of working in a global distributed development model.
  • Track record of delivering high performance products.
  • Experience of developing products and solutions in a SAAS model and cloud based technologies
  • Prod / Dev Company background
  • B2C / B2B prod experience
  • Domain – digital – E-commerce, marketing, social, mobile, java
  • Hands on tech IC – should be able to manage/lead other developers
